Refund & Return Policy – Pallora Creations

At Pallora Creations, owned by Sarswati Dattatray Taware, we value our customers and strive to provide you with high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

✔ Kindly check the product details, size, and specifications before ordering. Return or refund requests due to size or preference issues will not be accepted.

✔ Customers are required to bear a return shipping charge of ₹120, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

✔ For any damage-related claims, it is mandatory to record a 360° unboxing video in clear lighting at the time of receiving the package. This video will serve as proof for any claims.

✔ Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with visible signs of use.

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – refunds may take some time to reflect.

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays are common.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

✔ We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Minor variations in colour, design, or polish from the images shown on our website do not qualify for exchanges.

✔ Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

✔ The replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 business days if approved.

✔ Orders will only be dispatched if the exact product is available. If not, the order will not be shipped.
